Mountain Managers currently has 30 long term rental units on the program, which are located throughout Summit County, Colorado (Frisco, Breckenridge, Dillon, Silverthorne, and Keystone). We offer two types of long term rentals to our homeowners, depending on what they desire to do with their rental unit. The first type is a mid-term rental, which is a rental of 30-90 days. The second type is the standard long term rental, which is 91-365 days. So whether you want to rent your unit for the entire year, or just certain parts, Mountain Managers is the company to help you do so!
